• Clean loads must be 95% pure (up to 5% impurity is allowed).

– Clean soil: no rocks, grass, gravel, mesh, wood, or garbage.

– Clean concrete: no rebar, no garbage.

– Mixed loads: concrete must go in the front, soil in the back.

A $150.00 security hold will be authorized on the card on file. This is not a charge and will be released within 7 days after service if no extra fees apply.

1. RENTAL TERMS

• Rental Duration: For 9-yard dumpsters used for heavy materials (clean soil, clean concrete, bricks only, or mixed (soil and concrete)), the rental includes 5 days. For 9-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters used for general debris, the rental includes 7 days, starting immediately after delivery.

• Additional Days: $30.00 per day after the included rental period (24hours notice).

• Security Hold: A ($150.00) refundable security hold will be authorized on the customer’s credit card. This is not a charge and will be released within 7 days after the service is completed, provided there are no violations or additional charges.

• Payment Terms: TP Services accepts credit card payments only. Debit cards, checks, wire transfers, and cash are not accepted. The full rental amount is charged at the time of booking through stripe.

• Card Authorization: By accepting this terms and conditions and signing, the customer authorizes TP Services to charge the card on file for any additional fees, including but not limited to overages, contamination, dry runs, or damages. TP Services will notify the customer and provide supporting evidence (photos, weight tickets, etc.) Before processing any additional charges.

2. DELIVERY AND PICKUP

• TP Services will coordinate delivery and pick-up within a reasonable time frame agreed upon with the client.

• Exact delivery or pick-up times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to traffic, weather, landfill delays, or equipment issues.

• For 9-yard dumpsters the client is responsible for providing at least 13L x 9W x 3.5H of clear space for delivery and pick-up. For 20-yard dumspters 17L x 9W x 5H and for 30-yard dumpsters 17L x 9W x 7H.

• If TP Services is unable to deliver or collect the container due to blocked access, overfilled dumpster, or safety hazards, a dry run fee of $150.00 will apply.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00.

3. LOADING GUIDELINES

• Dumpsters must not be filled past the fill line marked inside the container.

• Heavy materials (clean soil, clean concrete, bricks only and mixed (soil and concrete)) must be placed in 9-yard containers only and have no weight limit.

• For heavy materials a 95% purity is required, up to 5% contamination is permitted. For clean soil containers no rocks, grass, gravel, mesh, and wood are not allowed. For clean concrete containers, rebar and garbage is not allowed. For mixed materials (soil and concrete), the materials must be kept separated: concrete must be loaded in the front, and soil in the back.

• Only 9-yard, 20-yard and 30-yard dumpsters for general debris have weight limits of 1ton, 2 tons and 3 tons, respectively. Overloaded containers will incur a fee of ($150.00) per extra ton prorated.

• Mixing of materials (e.g., concrete with green waste) is not allowed and may result in an additional fee determined by TP Services.

4. ADDITIONAL FEES (if applicable)

• TP Services will notify customers of any overage, damage, or surcharges before processing automatic charges to the card on file. Proof (photos, weight tickets, etc.) Will be provided.

• Contamination Fee (for clean heavy material loads): A $150.00 fee will be applied if any non-permitted materials (such as rocks, grass, gravel, mesh, wood, rebar or garbage) are placed in 9-yard containers designated for heavy materials only.

• Overweight Fee (for debris dumpsters only): $150.00 per ton extra, prorated.

• Tires: $30.00 each. Mattresses: $35.00 each. Treated wood: $40.00-$80.00 depending on the volume. Appliances (with Freon): $40.00-$80.00 each, depending on the size. Electronics: Small $20.00 each, medium to large $40.00 each.

• Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. A fine will be applied per violation, as determined by TP Services.

• Additional fees may also apply for cancellations, dry runs, damage to equipment, or non-payment, as detailed in other sections of this agreement.

5. PROHIBITED MATERIALS

• The following materials are not permitted under any circumstance:

Propane tanks, wet paint, oil or automotive fluids, medical waste, batteries, refrigerants, flammable substances, or any material classified as hazardous by federal or state law. Discovery of any prohibited items may result in pickup refusal and additional fees, as determined by TP Services.

6. PERMITS & LOCAL REGULATIONS

• The client is solely responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits for dumpster placement on public property. Failure to do so may result in fines, for which TP Services will not be liable.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made with less than 24hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations after the dumpster has been dispatched will incur a $150.00 fee.

• No refunds will be issued for unused rental time once the dumpster is delivered.

8. LIABILITY & DAMAGE

• The client is responsible for any damage to the dumpster while on their property.

• TP Services is not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by the dumpster placement or removal.

• Dumpsters are heavy and may cause surface damage—protective materials are recommended.

9. RIGHT TO FILE MECHANIC’S LIEN

• The customer acknowledges that in the event of non-payment, TP Services reserves the right to file a lien in accordance with California law. This may result in a legal claim against the serviced property, which could lead to a court-ordered sale to recover the unpaid amount.

10. AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZATION & ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By signing and submitting this form and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the client confirms that they are the authorized cardholder, have read and understood this agreement, and authorize TP Services to charge the agreed rental amount and any applicable additional fees as outlined herein. This submission serves as a legally binding electronic signature under applicable law.

11. PRIVACY & DATA USE

• TP Services will keep all customer and payment information confidential and secure. This data will only be used to process the rental service and any related transactions. TP Services does not share or sell customer data to third parties, except as required for secure payment processing or by law.
